Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

4. Cash on delivery: We do not currently provide cash on delivery. Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the available methods.

Payment process
• After placing your order, you will be redirected to a secure page to complete payment.
• If you choose bank transfer, your order will only be processed after receiving confirmation of payment.
Taxes and additional charges
Based on Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts), our business is exempt from VAT. All prices on the site are excluding VAT (TVA non applicable).
For customers from other EU countries and outside the EU, additional taxes or customs duties may apply according to the legislation of your country. These costs are paid by the buyer upon receipt of the goods.

Refunds and cancellations of payments
In case of return of goods or cancellation of the order:
• The purchase price will be refunded using the same method used to make the payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
