Guarantees in accordance with the law
In accordance with French and EU law, our products are covered by the following guarantees:
1. Legal guarantee of conformity (Guarantee of legal conformity):
• Applies to defects discovered within 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods.
• Allows you to request a repair, replacement or refund of the product if it does not meet the description, specifications or intended purpose.
2. Warranty against hidden defects (Guarantee against hidden defects):
• Applies to defects that make the product unsuitable for use and that were not obvious at the time of purchase.
• Validity period: 2 years from the date of detection of the defect.
These guarantees are provided at no additional cost to the client.
How to use the guarantee?
If you have any complaints about the quality of the products:

2. Please provide your order number, attach photos of the product and describe the problem.
3. We will contact you within 3 working days to resolve the situation.
Exclusions from warranties
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper use or installation of the product.
• Natural wear and tear of materials.
• Damage caused by force majeure.
